Restoration of old friction discs
The company uses its proprietary technology developed through independent R&D to restore old friction discs, bringing them back to good condition with performance restored to a satisfactory level that meets normal production requirements, and effectively saving procurement costs for customers.

Common cleaning methods of friction disc
■ Cleaning with acid solution: the piece with 3-5% oxalic acid (or sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid) soaked for 2-3 hours, and then rinsed clean with water repeatedly, and finally scalded with boiling water, wipe dry.
■ Cleaning with ultrasonic: the piece will be dressed in a string hanging in the ultrasonic cleaning tank with laundry detergent solution, note that the piece can not overlap with the piece, according to the degree of dirty piece to determine the ultrasonic time, generally 0.5-3 hours, and then repeatedly rinse clean with water, and finally scalded with boiling water, wipe dry.
■ Cleaning with detergent: soak the piece in warm boiling water containing detergent for 3-5 hours, then rinse clean with water repeatedly, and finally scald it with boiling water and wipe it dry.
