Master Ding's mold works a lot, for the transformation of machine tools is also nearly perfect, the most beautiful lies in his grasp of the details and innovation. Such as now Yingguan use of friction plate rough arc machine is my own on the basis of the original whole machine redesign and transformation, because the order is too large, workers overtime also can not complete the rough arc grinding, Master Ding in those days, all day to look at the machine research, with years of experience and expertise, after 3 months, the new rough arc machine was born, production capacity increased by 4-5 times, saving manpower. The roughness of the knife mouth piece is very demanding, when Yingguan initially produced the knife mouth piece, the roughness was always unsatisfactory, finally Master Ding modified the machine tool, the roughness reached the international standard level.
Master Ding's work may not be as amazing as Master Hu Shuangqian, the senior technician of Shanghai aircraft manufacturing in "Great Artisans". But the construction and development of Yingguan is also inseparable from the old craftsmen like Master Ding. In the development and construction of the country, is not an old craftsman's role?
