The maintenance section is mainly responsible for the maintenance of all the equipment in the plant, mold making and technical transformation of the equipment. There are many old equipments in our factory, and the failure rate is more frequent, which brings certain difficulties to the daily maintenance work. In the face of the difficulties, Zhang Jianguo led a team of staff did not flinch, but turned the pressure into motivation, giving full play to everyone's strengths and devoting themselves to the work. As the section leader, Zhang Jianguo insists on being the first to take the lead, taking himself as the example, every time the equipment fails, no matter it is dark or midnight, he rushes to the failure site without saying a word, leading his colleagues in the section to work together to discuss the fastest, best and most economical solution to ensure the normal and orderly operation of production in time.
As a section leader, Zhang Jianguo is conscious of the fact that iron needs its own hardness. He takes the lead in complying with the rules and regulations, and he takes the lead in difficult work, and when he encounters problems or problems that cannot be solved, he reports to the leaders of the relevant departments in a timely manner, and at the same time, he tries every possible way to find solutions: consulting experienced teachers, and discussing solutions with colleagues in the section as a group, asking questions if he does not understand, learning if he does not know, and practicing his skills. At the same time, he is strict with new employees, urging them to increase their sense of responsibility, constantly improve job skills, and complete their work in quality and quantity.
Since August, in addition to the daily maintenance tasks, the maintenance section has received a new technical transformation project - the production of vibrating screen, while the one-ton ball mill and small ball mill are moved to the semi-pelletizing workshop to be put into use, and the die-casting machine is also to be replaced and transformed. In such a tight schedule and heavy task, the contradiction of staff tension is especially prominent, but Zhang Jianguo led all the maintenance staff without putting forward any conditions, with heavy pressure, after careful and meticulous arrangements, these several jobs were successfully completed to ensure the production schedule.
Maintenance work daily with turning, clamping, riveting, welding and other types of work, the safety of this type of work is the key concern of every enterprise, Zhang Jianguo always said to everyone, the work must be put in the first place, always urge colleagues to operate according to the operating documents, operating procedures, to fully understand the importance of safe production, prevention, otherwise everything is too late when there is an accident.
As the leader of the section, Zhang Jianguo feels a deep sense of responsibility, although it seems that the work is not in the first line, but the work undertaken is critical - for example, mold processing, this seems to be very "behind the scenes" work related to the final product firing size error Therefore, he keeps strict quality control and takes zero error in mold processing as the main objective of his work, which is the only way to ensure product quality, reduce the rework rate and avoid wasting labor and raw materials.
Looking back and looking forward, Zhang Jianguo concluded that although some achievements were made in the past, they have become the past; in the future, he will continue to work together with his colleagues in the section to improve the maintenance work, prevent minor problems and eliminate equipment failures in the bud, continuously improve the equipment integrity and utilization rate, and make the greatest contribution to the maintenance section.
